If hotel management has been living rent free in your head for a while now, this might be the moment you stop brushing it off. NCHM JEE 2026 applications are officially open, and for hospitality aspirants, this is where vague plans start turning into actual decisions.
Conducted by the National Testing Agency, NCHM JEE is the entry point to the B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration, offered by Institutes of Hotel Management under the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology. In simple terms, if you can genuinely imagine yourself working in hotels, tourism, or hospitality management, this exam is how you begin making that life real.
The application window is open from 26 December 2025 to 25 January 2026, and the exam is expected to be held in April 2026 in computer based mode. Students who have passed or are appearing for Class 12, with English as a compulsory subject, are eligible to apply. Age limits and category wise relaxations apply, as they usually do.
The exam covers English language skills, reasoning and logical deduction, numerical ability, general knowledge and current affairs, along with aptitude for the service sector. It is not about memorising pages the night before. It is about awareness, clarity, and how calmly you think when things feel intense.
After the results, shortlisted candidates move into counselling and seat allotment. Seats are limited and competition is real. Hospitality takes patience and discipline long before it starts looking glamorous. But if this field feels like it fits you, NCHM JEE 2026 is a very real place to start.
