School Connect is a pioneering initiative by Lynchpin, in collaboration with the Department of Education of the respective states, to help the 12th Class students make informed career decisions. By disseminating information on new age careers and conducting psychometric tests to match careers to personalities, we provide students with tools and options to confidently pursue the right career.

Since we began our first series of exhibitions for students, we’ve been able to successfully bridge the information gap felt by students seeking career choices and educational institutes planning to expand into Northeast India. In the last decade, the needs of our students have changed drastically but we’ve ensured to adapt our exhibitions to what they need and want. This took immense innovations from our side, complemented by strategic experimentations.

School Connect exhibitions provide the four keys to good decision making. Our findings indicate that most of the time students lack insight about career choices as the information circle they have is limited and includes parents, peers and teachers. We imbibe expert counselling in their decisions resulting in detailed, information-loaded choices.
